Host-paid or guest-paid

Host-paid means the association or property covers everyone and residents order free at the window. Guest-paid vending means residents buy their own, which costs the association nothing but depends on turnout. Guest-paid requests are reviewed before confirmation and may require a minimum sales guarantee.

Pool parties and summer kickoffs

Pool events are our busiest community bookings. The truck parks in the pool lot and serves through the event. If your pool opening draws most of the community at once, book more than one hour so the line does not become the event.

Apartment and multi-family communities

Resident appreciation days and leasing events work the same way. Property management approves the parking spot, we serve for the booked window, and residents walk down from their buildings.

Planning for turnout

Community events are harder to predict than private parties. Give us your best estimate of attendance and how many servings you want covered, and we will recommend the service time and flag anything that needs review.
