Dates and times are first-come, first-served. If another confirmed booking pays before your payment is received, the time slot may no longer be available.
For the fastest confirmation, submit your request early and complete the deposit/payment once approved.
Submitting a request does not hold the date. Your date is locked only after approval and deposit/payment.

Guest-paid vending is available for select events. For farther locations or smaller groups, we may require a minimum sales guarantee, travel fee, or host-paid option to reserve the truck.
