You provide a vendor space and we serve attendees directly at the window. Some organizers prefer a flat host-paid arrangement instead, where a set number of servings is covered and handed out free. Both are possible — tell us which model your event uses.

Capacity over a long event
Our service guideline of roughly 100 servings per hour holds at festivals too. For a six-hour event with heavy traffic, plan service and expectations accordingly — the truck serves steadily, not instantly.
Permits and paperwork
We carry a health permit and can provide a certificate of insurance for the organizer or venue. Any event-specific vendor permits are typically arranged by the organizer.
