We plan service around roughly 100 servings per hour, so if you have 200 people to cover, a two-hour window is realistic. Tell us the headcount and window and we will recommend the service time rather than leaving you to guess.

Client and customer-facing events

Parking and site logistics
We need a level spot roughly two parking spaces wide with clear access. Office park lots and campus loading areas usually work well. For downtown addresses, a reserved space or private lot is generally required, so confirm it before booking.
Paperwork and payment
We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your organization and our health permit documentation for facility approval. Estimates arrive as a PDF you can forward for internal approval, and tax-exempt organizations can submit their documentation during booking.

We serve from the truck window, so we need an outdoor parking spot. Employees walk out to the truck, which usually takes just a couple of minutes from most office entrances.
Are you tax-exempt friendly?
