For distribution and industrial locations, we need a parking spot clear of active truck traffic and loading bays. Tell us where that is when you book and, if the site requires check-in, what documentation the gate needs.
Recurring appreciation days
Some employers book us seasonally — a summer kickoff, a mid-year thank-you and an end-of-year event. If you plan to repeat, booking the dates early locks in the ones you want.

Can you serve second or third shift?
Evening service is available depending on the schedule. Send your preferred window with your request and we will confirm what is possible.
How much does an employee appreciation event cost?
Host-paid Standard Menu starts at $400 for the first hour and $250 per additional hour for up to 50 people, with higher tiers for larger teams. Travel fees depend on distance.
Can we cover only part of the workforce?
Yes. Tell us how many servings you want covered and we will size the service time to match, and let you know if the numbers exceed what the booked hours allow.
Do you need to be let through a security gate?
If your site requires check-in, arrange access in advance and tell us what the gate needs from us.
Can employees order whatever they want?
With host-paid service, yes. Employees order from the Standard Menu at the window during your booked time.
