Dates and times are first-come, first-served. If another confirmed booking pays before your payment is received, the time slot may no longer be available.
For the fastest confirmation, submit your request early and complete the deposit/payment once approved.
Submitting a request does not hold the date. Your date is locked only after approval and deposit/payment.

Service capacity depends on guest count, menu, service time, location, staffing, and availability. Large and high-volume events may require additional planning, service time, staffing, or a customized service setup, confirmed before booking.
