Availability shown online is for planning only. Your event is not confirmed until Mr Smooth reviews your request, approves availability, and deposit/payment is received.
Dates and times are first-come, first-served. If another confirmed booking pays before your payment is received, the time slot may no longer be available.
For the fastest confirmation, submit your request early and complete the deposit/payment once approved.
Submitting a request does not hold the date. Your date is locked only after approval and deposit/payment.

For large host-paid events, our ticketing option keeps service easy, fast, and organized. The host buys tickets in advance and gives them only to the guests they want served. Guests redeem tickets at the truck, and we keep serving until all purchased tickets are used.

Soft serve cake cone or snowball. Each ticket = 1 treat.
Soft serve, snowballs, sundaes, milkshakes, and waffle cones. Each ticket = 1 treat.
Full menu including milkshakes, smoothies, banana boats, cherry dip, chocolate dip, waffle cones, and all available items. Each ticket = 1 item.
